1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ug889, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise lawfully entitled to access the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform by reason of self-exclusion, regulatory direction, or operator-initiated restriction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of ug889 or any of its affiliate entities, nor a close relative of such a person.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ug889 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to its satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

To access the wagering and gaming services offered by ug889, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to:

• Provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and contact telephone number.
• Create a unique username and a strong, confidential password for your Account.
• Ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up to date. You must notify ug889 promptly if any information changes.
• Maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Multiple registrations — whether using the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your Account credentials confidential and not share your login details with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

ug889 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ug889 may merge accounts, close the duplicate, and apply any applicable duplicate-account penalty in accordance with its internal policy.

4. KYC Verification

ug889 is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawal requests above minimum threshold levels. The KYC process is a regulatory obligation and a player protection measure. By registering, you agree to comply with all KYC requests.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Primary identification: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk), front and back. If KTP is unavailable, a valid Indonesian or internationally recognized passport is accepted.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill or bank statement (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any other recognized Indonesian bank) dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear, well-lit photograph of you holding your primary identification document, taken on the date of submission.
• Payment method verification: Where a specific payment method is used for deposits, ug889 may request confirmation that the method is registered in your name.

KYC review is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours during WIB business hours. Expedited review (under 4 hours) is available for Gold and Platinum tier members. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of request may result in withdrawal restrictions and, in cases of sustained non-compliance, account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ug889 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are charged by ug889 on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Methods and limits may be updated from time to time; the current schedule is displayed in your Account dashboard.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard processing time: same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB are processed the following business day.
• Gold and Platinum tier members benefit from priority processing (under 4 hours and same-day respectively).
• ug889 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests it deems unusual, which may extend processing times.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ug889 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and seasonal offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms (typically between 5× and 30×, depending on the promotion type).
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; slot titles may contribute between 50% and 100%; live casino games may contribute 10% to 20%. The exact contribution schedule is stated in the offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the offer terms will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus of the same type may be claimed per promotion period, per Account.
• Abuse prevention: ug889 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to exploit the promotion in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

ug889 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has opted in but before the wagering requirement is met, the applicable bonus balance will be removed but any net winnings already derived from it up to that point will be retained.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the ug889 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category in question — sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and slot gacor (certified slot titles) each carry their own rule sets, accessible from within the relevant product section of the Platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is accepted and binding only upon confirmation by the Platform. ug889 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's side.
• In the event of a technical fault or pricing error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds or payouts, ug889 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Account holder.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the relevant bet slip before confirmation.
• Live/in-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds at the moment of confirmation. Delays in data feeds may result in bets being voided if the outcome is already determined at the point of acceptance.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the parlay to pay out. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to match postponement), the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided leg(s).
• For togel products, results are determined by the official draw outcome published by the relevant authorized draw organization. ug889 is not responsible for errors in third-party draw data feeds.

8. Responsible Gaming

ug889 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that are available to all members at no cost and take immediate effect upon activation:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session time-outs after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to wagering products for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without closing the Account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months; permanent exclusions are irreversible.

ug889 takes its safeguarding obligations seriously. If we identify patterns of play that suggest a member may be experiencing harm, we may proactively contact that member and, in serious cases, apply restrictions to the Account without prior notice in the interest of player welfare. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ug889 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other process.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or data.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing, insider information, or any corrupt arrangement.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of arbitrage designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and where the User has made a misrepresentation about their location to circumvent such restrictions.
• Permitting or facilitating the use of your Account by a minor (any person under 21 years of age).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ug889 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of ug889 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written consent of ug889.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any content of the Platform on any other server or device without ug889's prior written authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ug889 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or savings — whether direct or indirect — arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including during peak match-day periods.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the odds, prices, or game information displayed on the Platform, provided that ug889 acts reasonably to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

ug889's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

ug889 collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ug889 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. ug889 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data. Requests should be submitted to [email protected]. Please note that certain data must be retained for mandatory regulatory and anti-money-laundering compliance periods regardless of deletion requests.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ug889 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, ug889 will provide notice via email to the address registered on your Account at least 14 days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Funds in your Account balance at the time of closure will be returned to you following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug889 holds its operating license (the "License Jurisdiction"). The specific License Jurisdiction is disclosed to members upon request through the official support channel.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

1. Informal resolution: You must first submit a written complaint to ug889 via the contact details in Clause 15. ug889 will respond within 10 business days.
2. Formal dispute submission: If the informal process does not resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority governing the Platform's license.
3. Arbitration: Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitral award will be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
